Client Fees

Recruitment fees are charged to client companies as follows:

  • Permanent placements: Percentage of annual salary as agreed
  • Contract placements: Margin on hourly/daily rates
  • Executive search: Fixed fee or percentage arrangement
  • Retained searches: Fees payable in stages

Payment Terms

  • Invoices are payable within 30 days of issue
  • Late payment charges may apply as per agreement
  • All fees are exclusive of VAT where applicable
  • Refunds are provided in accordance with guarantee terms

Candidate Fees

Our services to candidates are provided free of charge. We do not charge candidates for:

Termination

Termination by Users

You may terminate your relationship with us at any time by:

Termination by Pale Traverse
